It has to be Beaver, the answer is Beaver, what else could it be?
Depends on if you're measuring the time with an atomic clock that uses a caesium cloud as an occilator, or one that uses laser light as an occilator.
Also, it depends if the clock is being observed by Brian Dennehy or by Brian Keith.
