Lightbulb Detective Agency has been a lot of things.
20 years ago it was just an idea.
A vague idea surrounding inspiring people to get out of their normal everyday mindset and be creative. An idea about building a community of people committed to creative projects. An idea about embracing the endless possibilities of art and exploring as many of them as any humans could ever be capable of.
It never became that. Despite endless efforts and over complications, it crushed itself out by trying to be too many things and never really became any ONE thing. Some of the evidence of those efforts are recorded here in this blog.
Eventually it became a band.
A band committed to those same feelings of boundless inspiration and experimentation. A band that was struck low repeatedly by disasters. A band that reached for the stars and burned it's fingers on the sun.
An INCREDIBLE amount of creativity, passion and hard work has gone into LDA, but unfortunately there is very little to show for it.
Now over 20 years later, LDA is becoming something else again.
Stay tuned. Big changes are happening soon.

Flux Machine
Thanks to Agent Eggplant for bringing THIS to our attention.
There seems to be some confusion about this site however.
It appears that the site claims that these images were "made" by someone named Kevin Weir.
POPPYCOCK!
We here at Lightbulb Detective Agency would stake our professional reputation on the assertion that these images are evidence of actual occurrences.
All the same, much gratitude to the staff of Flux Machine for allowing the general public to see these amazing images.
